2. सीखने की योजना के उद्देश्यों को अलग-अलग नहीं समझा जाना चाहिए। उन्हें प्रारंभिक स्तर की पाठ्यचर्या पुस्तक के आधार पर विकसित किया जाना चाहिए।
3. शिक्षण विधियों को चुनते समय कक्षा की स्थिति से संबंधित होने का प्रयास करें।
4. अभिनव टीएलएमएस बनाने का प्रयास करें जो अंग्रेजी पढ़ाने के दौरान वास्तव में एक शिक्षक का समर्थन कर सके।
5. विषयों को शिक्षार्थियों की वास्तविक जीवन स्थितियों और सार्थक गतिविधियों से संबंधित करें।

What is a learning plan? List some points of concern while making a learning plan.
A learning plan is a comprehensive, customizable, multi-day plan for instruction and assessment. In other words, A learning plan is a document (possibly an interactive or on-line document) that is used to plan learning. usually over an extended period of time.
Today's teachers need to differentiate instruction and connect it to learning outcomes. The learning plan does that by building students' reading, listening, speaking and writing skills. It includes multiple opportunities for differentiation, including selecting essential questions, readings, and instructional strategies and assessments-all organized within a framework based on backward design and aligned to the Common Core State Standards for English Language.
Here are some of the points of concern while making a learning plan -
1. While preparing a learning plan, one must keep in mind the learners' level, their linguistic needs and the objectives of teaching the lesson.
2. The Objectives of the learning plan must not be understood in isolation. They must be developed on the basis of the Curriculum Book of Elementary Level.
3. Try to relate to the classroom situation while choosing the teaching methods.
4. Try to create innovative TLMS which can really support a teacher whilę teaching English.
5. Relate the topics to real life situations of the learners and meaningful activities.
6. At the early stage mother tongue may be allowed to be used to understand clearly essential points but later on its use should be minimised.
7. Ensure maximum participation of learners by encouraging them to ask and answer questions.
8.Address the individual needs of learners and use the blackboard effectively.
9.Use simple and correct English.
10.Provide adequate space for feedback and reinforcement.
