स्वयं की समझ

संदर्भ 

           स्वयं या सेल्फ (Self) को हम अपने आंतरिक चिंतन से लेकर बाह्य व्यवहार के स्रोत के तौर पर समझा सकते हैं। इस संदर्भ में शिक्षकों को यह समझना जरूरी है कि एक शिक्षक या शिक्षिका के तौर पर उनका जो व्यक्तित्व निर्मित होता है उसमें उनके जीवन अनुभव, व्यक्तिगत सोच एवं सामाजिक मान्यताएं भी शामिल रहते है और इन सब के साथ वे अपनी कक्षाओं में शिक्षण का कार्य करते है। अतः इनकी व्यापक समझ हर शिक्षक को होनी चाहिए ताकि वह अपनी कक्षा-शिक्षण को प्रभावी बनाने में इनका सकारात्मक उपयोग कर सके। विद्यालय में हर शिक्षक की जो छवि बनती है, उसमें उसके तथा उसके काम के प्रति बाकि लोगों को धारणाओं का भी योगदान होता है। तभी तो किसी विद्यालय के हर शिक्षक को एक जैसा नहीं पाते है  हर किसी में कुछ ऐसी विशिष्टताएं होती है जो उसे एक अलग पहचान देती है। लेकिन अक्सर यह होता है कि अधिकतर शिक्षक स्वयं अपनी क्षमताओं के बारे में ही अनभिज्ञ रहते हैं। साथ ही उनमें कई ऐसे पूर्वाग्रह (Prejudice) भी होते है जो उनके शिक्षण और बच्चों की शिक्षा को नकारात्मक तौर से प्रभावित करते हैं। अतः आवश्यकता है कि हर शिक्षक या शिक्षिका स्वयं को पहचाने, अपने कार्यों को परखे और स्वं को सँवारे। यह विषयपत्र ऐसे अवसरों को प्रस्तुत करने का प्रयास है। यह अपेक्षा है कि सभी प्रशिक्षु अपने शिक्षण कार्य से सम्बधित विभिन्न पहलुओं के बारे में चिंतन-मनन कर पाएँगे। साथ ही, एक व्यक्ति के तौर पर अपनी धारणाओं एवं विशेषताओं का विश्लेषण कर सकेंगे। इस विषय में शिक्षक द्वारा विद्यालय में किये जानेवाले हर कार्य के ऊपर सोचना तथा उससे शिक्षक के स्वयं के ऊपर क्या प्रभाव पड़ता है, इसका विश्लेषण शिक्षक स्वयं कर पाए, ऐसी क्षमता को उसमें विकसित एवं सम्बर्धित (Related) करने का प्रयास इस विषयपत्र के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

उद्देश्य

 इस पाठ्यक्रम पर आधारित विषयवस्तु के शिक्षण के उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित है:-

• प्रशिक्षुओं को एक व्यक्ति के तौर पर अपनी क्षमता, प्रतिभा, चिंतन, धारणा तथा अभिवृति (Attitude) को पहचानने में मदद करना।

• प्रशिओं को अपने तथा अपनी वृत्ति (Profession) के प्रति सजग बनाना।  
• प्रशिक्षुओं को अपने जीवन लक्ष्यों के निर्धारण तथा उन्हें प्राप्त करने में मदद करना। 
• प्रशिक्षुओं को अपने वृत्ति तथा आत्म चेतना (Self consciousness) को अभिव्यक्त करने के लिए सक्षम बनाना।

But it often happens that most of the teachers remain ignorant about their own abilities. At the same time, they also have many such prejudices which negatively affect their education and children's education. Therefore, it is necessary that every teacher or teacher should recognize himself, test his work and beautify himself. This paper is an attempt to present such opportunities. It is expected that all the trainees will be able to reflect on various aspects related to their teaching work. Also, be able to analyze your perceptions and characteristics as a person.
