Ans.:- किसी भी विद्यालय संगठन के दो मुख्य स्वरूप होतें हैं जो की निम्न है :-
(1) केन्द्रीकृत विद्यालय (Centralized Schools)
(2) विकेन्द्रीकृत विद्यालय (Decentralized Schools)
(1) केन्द्रीकृत विद्यालय:- इस विद्यालय का पूरा प्रबंधन प्रधानाध्यापक के हाथ में होता है। विद्यालय में सुव्यवस्था बनाये रखने की पूरी जिम्मेवारी वे स्वयं को मानते हैं। इस कारण विद्यालय के प्रत्येक भाग व कार्यकलाप पर उनका सीधा नियंत्रण होता है ताकि कोई गड़बड़ी न होने पाये। विद्यालय के अन्य कर्मी केवल उनके आदेशों को अमल में लाने का कार्य करते हैं। प्रधानाध्यापक उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों का निरंतर निरीक्षण करते हैं और बेहतरी के लिए निर्देश भी देते हैं ।
(2) विकेन्द्रीकृत विद्यालय:- इस विद्यालय में प्रधानाध्यापक के साथ-साथ अन्य सहकर्मियों की भी भागीदारी होती है। प्रधानाध्यापक अपने कई कार्यों को शिक्षकों को दे देते हैं और वे कोई राय लेने से पहले शिक्षकों से सलाह भी करते हैं सभी कर्मी अपने कार्यों के माध्यम से विद्यालय के दैनिक प्रक्रिया में अपनी भूमिका निभाते हैं। प्रधानाध्यापक को उनकी क्षमताओं पर विश्वास भी होता है। विद्यालय के विद्यार्थीगण भी कई कार्यों में अपने शिक्षकों का हाथ बँटाते हैं।

Ans.:- There are two main forms of any school organization which are as follows :-
(1) Centralized Schools
(2) Decentralized Schools
(1)Centralized School:- The entire management of this school is in the hands of the headmaster. He considers himself the full responsibility of maintaining order in the school. Because of this they have direct control over every part and activity of the school so that no disturbances happen. The other staff of the school only work to implement his orders. The headmaster constantly monitors the work done by them and also gives instructions for betterment.
(2) Decentralized School:- In this school, along with the headmaster, there is participation of other colleagues as well. The headmaster entrusts many of his tasks to the teachers and he also consults the teachers before taking any opinion. All the personnel play their part in the daily process of the school through their tasks. The headmaster also has confidence in their abilities. School students also help their teachers in many tasks.
